• Assist clients in finding suitable rental properties based on their requirements.
• Conduct property viewings and provide professional guidance to potential tenants.
• Negotiate lease terms and agreements between landlords and tenants.
• Maintain an updated database of available properties and market trends.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, tenants, and investors.
• Ensure compliance with RERA regulations and company policies.
• Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the leasing process.
• Achieve leasing targets and contribute to the company’s revenue growth.

Requirements:
• Minimum of 3 years of UAE real estate experience, preferably in leasing.
• Strong knowledge of the Dubai rental market and RERA regulations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work in a competitive environment.
• Valid UAE driving license and own vehicle (preferred).
• RERA certification is an advantage.
