Payment Structure: Commission-Only (earn up to 70%)

Role Description:
As a Property Consultant at Rhem Properties, you’ll play a key role in managing the purchase, sale, and rental of residential properties.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
• Gathering property information and coordinating the creation of marketing materials.
• Staying updated on the latest rules and regulations in Dubai’s residential property market.
• Organizing and conducting property valuations.
• Hosting property viewings and guiding potential buyers or tenants through the process.
• Negotiating with buyers/tenants and sellers/landlords from the initial viewing to the offer stage.
• Tracking the progress of sales and lettings, with support from our Sales Progression and Home Move Advisory teams.
• Providing exceptional customer service by following up with clients after viewings and maintaining regular contact.
• Staying informed on the latest market trends to better serve our clients.
• Generating new business through our company database and by leveraging networking opportunities.

About You:
• Sales experience is beneficial, but not essential.
• Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
• UK/UAE driving license is a plus.
• Professional, presentable, and committed to honesty and integrity.
• Excellent networking abilities with a proactive approach to building relationships.
• Positive, hardworking attitude with a strong desire to succeed.
• Fluency in a second language is an advantage.
• Smart business attire required at all times.
• Adherence to high professional standards and company values.
• Punctual, reliable, and eager to contribute to the growth and success of the team.
• Strong interpersonal skills, a team player, and a solid work ethic.
