Property Consultant

Job description / Role

Job Summary:

Our Property Advisor will be responsible for providing expert advice and solutions to clients, and ensuring the successful delivery of consulting engagements. This role demands a combination of technical expertise, industry knowledge, and exceptional client management skill.

Your daily activities:
• Make daily calls to potential landlords and sellers from our databases
• Conduct property market appraisals for clients.
• Liaising with the Media team for Videography/Photography for advertising the properties on major property portals.
• Understand client requirements and provide suitable solutions in the market.
• Stay up-to-date with market insights and trends.
• Maintain regular contact with clients and build strong relationships based on trust and transparency.
• To arrange meetings and viewings with clients with the intention to transact.

What we're looking for:
• Experience: A background of sales or client facing roles or At least 6 months of experience in the Dubai real estate market
• Dedication: Self-sufficiency, commitment, and dedication to achieving outstanding results.
• Proven transactional history is preferred. (For experienced agents)
