We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Property Consultant to join our flourishing team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for real estate, aiding clients in navigating the local property market. You will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service, developing client relationships, and contributing to our continued success in one of the most sought-after real estate markets in the world.

Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the real estate market.
- Advise clients on market trends, pricing, and best practices in property investment.
- Conduct property viewings and showcase properties to potential buyers or renters.
- Develop and maintain a network of buyers, sellers, and other real estate professionals.
- Create and implement marketing strategies to effectively promote properties.
- Actively promote and sell off-plan and ready properties from top developers.
- Assist clients through every step of the buying, selling, or leasing process, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Prepare and present detailed property reports and market analyses to clients.
- Negotiate contracts and foster relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

- Proven experience as a property consultant or similar role in real estate.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with a demonstrated ability to close deals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of property management and real estate regulations in the UAE.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Proficiency in using real estate software and CRM systems.
- Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and inform clients effectively.
- A valid UAE driver’s license and a car (preferred).
