Property Consultant

Job description / Role

We are looking for motivated and knowledgeable Property Consultants to join our dynamic real estate team in Dubai. The successful candidates will play a key role in assisting clients buy, sell, and rent properties, providing expert guidance throughout the process, and ensuring exceptional customer service in one of the world's fastest-growing property markets.

Responsibilities:
- Assist clients in buying, selling and renting residential and commercial properties.
- Conduct property viewings and provide detailed information about properties.
- Evaluate clients' needs and preferences to recommend suitable properties.
- Negotiate offers and contracts between buyers and sellers.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, community developments and real estate laws in Dubai.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and network of industry contacts.
- Prepare and present property proposals to clients with clear and compelling information.
- Collaborate with team members and support the overall business objectives.

- Proven experience as a Property Consultant or in a similar sales role.
- Understanding of the Dubai real estate market and related legal processes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven and able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in other languages is a plus.
- Valid UAE driving licence and willingness to travel within Dubai.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- A positive attitude and commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.

- Available to start immediately.
- Must have an attested certificate of education.
- Must have 6 months savings for self support in a commission only role.

Please Note: We can only accept candidates over the age of 20 years old.

Salary:
AED 100,000 to 500,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Additional benefits: Visa + Medical
