Property Consultant

Job description / Role

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Property Consultant with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in the real estate industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing property sales, leasing, and investment opportunities while ensuring excellent client service and achieving company goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Actively source, prospect, and secure new clients for property sales and leasing.
• Conduct market research to identify property values, market trends, and competitor offerings.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and business partners (B2B & B2C).
• Provide professional advice and guidance to clients regarding property investment opportunities.
• Arrange and conduct property viewings, site visits, and follow-up meetings.
• Negotiate offers and close transactions in line with company policies.
• Ensure compliance with RERA regulations and company standards.
• Prepare accurate documentation, contracts, and reports.
• Work closely with the marketing and sales team to develop client engagement strategies.

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Real State Management, Commerce, Business Administration, Marketing or Sales or Hospitality.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Property Consultant / Real Estate Agent.
• Valid UAE Driving License is a plus.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with the Dubai real estate market and developers.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Flexible to work on weekends, with two weekdays off.
• Working hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM.
• Willing to work in Dubai.
