We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Property Consultant to join our thriving real estate team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be passionate about helping clients find their perfect property and possess excellent communication and negotiation skills to drive successful transactions in a fast-paced market.

Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage potential buyers and sellers in the Dubai real estate market.
- Provide expert advice to clients on property market trends, pricing, and investment opportunities.
- Conduct property viewings and present properties to prospective clients with professionalism and enthusiasm.
- Negotiate sales and lease agreements to achieve the best terms for clients.
- Maintain and expand a portfolio of properties and clients through networking, referrals, and marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate with legal, financial, and administrative teams to ensure smooth completion of transactions.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions and transactions in CRM systems.
- Stay updated on current market conditions, regulations, and real estate best practices in Dubai.

- Strong understanding of local real estate laws, market dynamics, and property types.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Highly motivated with a target-driven mindset and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Fluency in English is required; additional language skills are a plus.
- Good organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously.
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel locally for property viewings and client meetings.
- Professional and friendly demeanor with a strong client service orientation.
