About the Role
We are expanding our team and looking for driven, results-oriented Real Estate Agents who are passionate about Dubai’s dynamic property market. Whether your strength lies in secondary sales, off-plan, or both, we want professionals who can confidently guide clients, maintain strong relationships, and close deals in a competitive environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage and grow a personal portfolio of buyers, sellers, landlords, and investors.
• Conduct property viewings, market comparisons, and follow-ups with leads.
• Advise clients on market trends, investment opportunities, and the full sales cycle.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and uphold company standards.
• Collaborate with marketing and admin teams to optimize lead conversion.
• Represent the company professionally in all client interactions.
Requirements
• Minimum 1 year experience in Dubai real estate (secondary, off-plan, or both).
• Strong understanding of Dubai property laws, RERA requirements, and community knowledge.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Valid UAE driving licence & own car (preferred).
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to manage time effectively.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.

Requirements:
Candidate Requirements
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Dubai Real Estate (secondary, off-plan, or both)
• Strong understanding of Dubai communities, market trends, and RERA regulations
• Confident communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to manage clients independently and work towards monthly targets
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
Driver’s Licence:
• UAE driver’s licence is preferred
• Not mandatory
