Property Consultant – Labour Camp (Real Estate Company)
Salary: AED 3K – 4K + Incentives
Job location: Dubai, UAE
We are seeking a Property Consultant to be based in Dubai.
Job Description:
• Finding clients in need of consultancy services through cold-calling, email, and social media platforms.
• Doing a number of online advertising, and business presentations.
• Analyzing market trends and demographics to identify the most sought-after and profitable areas.
Requirements
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in leasing & selling Labour Camp.
• Must be RERA Certified (Real Estate Regulatory Agency)
• A successful and proven history of closed deals.
• Experience in Real Estate business in Dubai.
• Ability to work on all kinds of Real Estate deals and opportunities.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
• A wide contact network, marketing and generating your own leads.
• Ability to reach targets within agreed time frame.
• A valid UAE Driving license is a plus.
• Excellent English communication skills
