We are now expanding and looking for motivated Residential and Commercial Leasing Consultants to work in many areas of Dubai. We have just launched a huge marketing campaign after our rebranding which has helped us get to the forefront of the Dubai property market. Per agent, we generate the most leads and advertise across all 11 major property portals. MJB Properties has the largest number of privately owned properties of any other Real Estate company in Dubai and we will always look at any new investment opportunities.

The job:

As a Leasing Consultant, your role will include;
• Generating instructions through networking and our extensive database
• Providing property valuations for landlords
• Listing properties on the market across 11 major portals
• Matching tenants with properties to arrange and conduct viewings
• Negotiating offers for both Tenant and Landlord
• Networking with other industry professionals to maintain pipeline
• Keeping up to date with latest market trends and property values

Requirements

• Have Real Estate or Sales experience, either in Dubai or your home country
(We can train estate agency to anyone who has Sales experience)
• Are motivated individuals who love closing deals
• Can work within a team as well as individually
• Demonstrate strong objection handling skills
• Demonstrate excellent negotiation skills
• Love to network and build long lasting industry relationships
• Are looking to work in a fast-paced fun environment
• Possess a Full Driving License
• Are at least 21 years’ old
