Position Title: Property Executive
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 5K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

About the Client:
A prominent holding company in Dubai, with diversified portfolio of businesses which includes real estate, contracting, trading, automotive and logistics.

Job Description:
-Liaising and coordinating with the Sales & Leasing Manager to ensure seamless transitions for new or departing tenants, managing move-in and move-out processes effectively.
-Overseeing the collection of rental payments, handling cheque replacements, and tracking bank transfers as required.
-Collaborating with the Residential \ Commercial property managers during project periods and after project completion to confirm the Bill of Quantities (BOQ) of building materials before purchase.
-Coordinating with the Accounts Manager and Administration Executive to ensure compliance with exit and renewal formalities (SOP).

Qualifications:
-Male, 38 years old and below
-Minimum of 1 year experience as Property Executive handling property management documents related to properties
-Must have a valid UAE driver’s license
-Excellent in English and Arabic is a plus
