Position Title: Property Executive

About the Client:
A trusted investment group in Dubai, with diversified portfolio including luxury real estate, specializing in premium architectural layout to high grade finishing phase enjoyed by clientele within GCC.

Job Description:
-Oversees property management, tenant coordination, rental payments.
-Liaising and coordinating with the Sales & Leasing Manager to ensure seamless transitions for new or departing tenants, managing move-in and move-out processes effectively.
-Collaborating with the Residential \ Commercial property managers during project periods and after project completion to confirm the Bill of Quantities (BOQ) of building materials before purchase.
-Overseeing the maintenance of the assigned properties through the assigned company, and Fire & Safety regulations.

-Open to Male, Arabic or Asian Nationals, 40 years old and below
-Must know how to prepare any property management document related to properties..
-Must have 3 years of relevant experience from Real Estate / Property Development / Facility Management only
-Must have UAE driver’s license

Salary:
AED 5,000 to 8,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
