Position Title: Property Executive
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 5K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications
Job Location: Dubai, UAE

About the Client:
A market leading property developer team in Dubai.

- Assisting the Property Manager on follow ups and collection of rental payments form tenants, bank transfers when required and Accounts dept coordination.
- Coordinating between property managers during project period and after project completion.
- Following up between Admin team and Accounts team to ensure compliance with exit and renewal formalities SOP when tenants vacate and or renew.
- Ensuring adherence to Fire & Health and Safety Regulations across the assigned maintenance company, ensuring high standards of upkeep.

- Male, 35 years old and below
- Must be good with organizing files, communication to tenants, handling disputes and basic legal matters
- Fluent in speaking English and knows how to communicate with clients & managers via phone and email in a firm and friendly way
- Must have a valid driver’s license or be currently taking driving lessons

Salary:
AED 5,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
