PROPERTY INVESTMENT CONSULTANT

The Company
An award-winning, recognized leader in the Real Estate Investment industry is currently recruiting experienced Investment Consultants to join its growing team; to take a lead role in the management of a portfolio of clients (new/old) that the company provides investment advice to concerning their global strategies.
BRIC Group is a Real Estate Investment Consultancy and Developer, with offices in the UAE, USA, Spain, Hungary and Brazil. The business is experiencing substantial growth and as a result now requires new Property Investment Consultants to help push the group forward. The attitude of forward thinking, team ethos and drive to make things happen is very much the atmosphere within this company.
The Role
The role of Property Investment Consultant will be to work closely with both new and existing buyers of overseas property to understand their property requirements and financial objectives. You will be working on qualified leads (no cold calling) and will be helping investors understand BRIC and its products on offer.
The Reward
· Basic Allowance 6,000 AED per month
· Target Income – Minimum 150,000 AED per annum

The BRIC Group will be conducting telephone interviews and thereafter inviting successful candidates to attend face to face interviews in TECOM (Barsha Heights), Dubai starting on the 6th of December 2016. Candidates will begin on the 8th of January 2017.
Requirements
The Person
To ideally fill the role of Property Investment Consultant you will need to be a solid "people-person" and to possess the ability to build relationships quickly and effectively. Experience in property management, sales and lettings and new home sales are ideal. Individuals should also have an understanding of the International real estate markets.
The role of Property Investment Consultant is an exciting prospect for an individual who wishes to develop within the property sector. The business is stable and has an extensive infrastructure of investors and property developers. The ability to help grow the business and have responsibilities as part of a team is an attitude that the managers and directors promote.
