An award-winning, recognised leader in the Real Estate Investment industry is currently recruiting experienced Investment Consultants to join its growing team; to take a lead role in the management of a portfolio of clients (new/old) that the company provides investment advice to concerning their global strategies.
The Role
The role of Property Investment Consultant will be to work closely with both new and existing buyers of overseas property to understand their property requirements and financial objectives. You will be working on qualified leads (no cold calling) and will be helping investors understand and its products on offer.

The Person
Previous TELESALES experience is a must.
To ideally fill the role of Property Investment Consultant you will need to be a solid "people-person" and to possess the ability to build relationships quickly and effectively. Experience in property management, sales and lettings and new home sales are ideal. Individuals should also have an understanding of the International real estate markets.
