Job description / Role
Objectives:
Our Client is well-known organisation in UAE, and a leader in their specialist field within the Middle East. The company has established itself as a significant master planner in the UAE with world-class iconic destinations and won prestigious accolades. Due to company growth, they are looking to hire skilled specialists into the team.
Main responsibilities:
Main contact for all administration works and correspondence relating to the management of properties under the Company’s portfolio, assist with collection of rental / management along with rents and other administration documents where necessary, ensure check in and check out form of tenants are duly formalized and inspection is taken place by the property representative, coordinate work schedule(s) for building supervisor, fire safety manager and/or technician(s) assigned to the respective properties, conduct routine checks and recommend preventive measures on building structures, surrounding areas, mechanical & electrical equipment when required, manage facilities booking and maintenance, hold regular meetings with Councils/Owners and provide information on financial and budgetary matters and All ad hoc duties assigned by the Management
Gross monthly base salary: upto AED 4,000 - 10,000 per month + benefits
Requirements
Nature and length of previous experience:
• 4-8 years of Property Management experience in Real Estate
Specialist knowledge:
• Must possess a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, in Property Development/Real Estate Management or equivalent
• Good knowledge of building structures
Soft Skills and Personality traits:
• MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Basic IT skills – Outlook
• Basic Knowledge of SAP
