Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Objectives:
- The primary objective of this role is to mobilize the Hidd AISaadiyat development and manage the handover of the residential units to the new owners.
- The property manager will be responsible for the management of the handover staff, administration of the handover process, financial management of all outstanding payments and the management of the externally contracted facilities management company
- The property manager will be responsible for a fluent and professional handover, mobilization and ongoing management process of the Hidd AISaadiyat project
- The property manager will have extensive knowledge and experience of the handover process and ongoing community management.
- The candidate must be familiar and well versed in dealing with local authorities, governmental bodies and media

Major Accountabilities and Related Task:
- Coordinate and lead the handover team
- Coordinate the handover of the villas to new owners
- Coordinate the marketing activities surrounding the handover of the villas
- Manage the administration, financial administration and collections of outstanding amounts and service charges
- Manage the handover process and manage customer complaints
- Mobilize and coordinate the Facilities management service provider ensuring smooth take on of common areas

Requirements

- Degree in Business Management or above
- 10 years of experience in the property management handover field preferably
- PC literate with the ability to type in English, Arabic would be a bonus.

- Experience in establishing Home Owners associations

- Ability to work as an active participant both in a team environment and independently
- Excellent customer service skills; able to be courteous to all Residents, customers, suppliers, vendors etc., both internally and externally.
- Excellent multitasking skins and ability to prioritize
- Excellent understanding of cash flow, monthly P&L and financial management
- Excellent understanding of facilities management and dealing with external contractors
- Excellent computer skills Excel Power point, word, outlook. Knowledge and understanding of marketing and sales environment
- Excellent knowledge of leasing law in Abu Dhabi
- Leasing and lease administration
