Property Manager

Job description / Role

Mackenzie Jones is currently recruiting in partnership with a local real estate investment company to recruit for a property manager. This is an exciting opportunity to work with the business' impressive property portfolio while leading and managing your team.

The Role

For your application to be successful, it is essential that your CV demonstrates the following duties and responsibilities

To lead and mentor the team in terms of performance
Negotiate on leases with suppliers
Managing tenancy agreements
Prepare weekly and monthly statistic reports
Monitoring the properties
Overseeing the leasing process
providing training sessions where needed

Requirements

To be successful in this role it is essential that you are male and hold a valid drivers license with access to your own car. You will have a minimum of 4 years experience as a property manager within leasing and maintenance. You must also have knowledge of rentals in Dubai, Abu Dhabi as well as Sharjah. Arabic speakers are at a distinct advantage although this isn't essential.
