Property Manager

Job description / Role

Charterhouse is working with a leading real estate business that specialise in residential, commercial and hospitality based properties. They are currently looking to hire (as per the clients request) a candidate that has worked as a Property Manager on large scale facilities in either Europe, the Americas of the Far East.

Reporting to the Property Director, you will be involved in all aspects of day-to-day operations of the property including accounting, tenant relations, maintenance and repair, security and janitorial services. You will also be responsible for tenant complaints and service requests and must be familiar with the terms of tenant leases. In addition, you will assist in the preparation of the annual budget, reporting and financial performance of the property.

Requirements

The successful candidate should have solid and standalone property management experience, some of which should be from either Europe, the Americas of the Far East. You should be a charismatic candidate that can interact with people well. This is an excellent opportunity to join one of the leading real estate companies in the Middle East.
