Property Manager - Dubai
Client is looking for an experienced Property Manager for a brand new project in Dubai. The Property Manager is initially responsible for the Due Diligence of the project and the management of the handover from the client. From there they will be responsible for the management of the building and properties they are assigned to.
The Property Manager is responsible for ensuring optimum levels of performance and standards are upheld to the best possible levels.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
• Communication & Relationship Management
• Contract Management
• Service Provider Management
• Lease Management
• Staff Management
• Procurement Management
• Reporting (Monthly, Quarterly and Annual Site Report)
• Site Condition (Conducts regular site inspections and addresses issues with the relevant stakeholders and develops guidelines, rules and regulations specific to the property and ensures they are implemented and followed by all stakeholders)
• Revenue & Financial Management
• HSE & Emergency Management
Requirements
The successful candidate should have at least 8 years in leasing and property management.
You should be a charismatic candidate that can interact with people well.
