Property Manager

Job description / Role

The Manager - Property management reports directly to the Associate Director and has Senior Supervisors/Supervisors/Administrators as direct reports.

Site Management
• Ensure continuous site supervision and inspection to manage PM performance along with the technical team.
• Provide ideas to improve the appearance and enhance of the asset (external and internal).

Customer
• Review customer satisfaction surveys and implement the assigned corrective actions.
• Continuously review the customer journey and recommend necessary updates or changes to the policies to enhance the customer experience.
• Ensure the communication between the team and customers are as per the communication guidelines.

Learning & Growth
• Follow up on and implement the assigned training plans for the development of direct and indirect reports.
• Maintain a performance-driven culture within the team with clear targets

Health & Safety
• Comply with relevant Quality Policy and HSE policy and HSE procedures and ESHMS regulations, technical guidelines and code of practices, other applicable regulatory requirements, sector regulatory authorities including Civil Defense, Abu Dhabi municipality, Articles and decrees of Ministry of Labour, other UAE laws which are applicable during the course of performing work for on behalf of the company.

Requirements

• Minimum graduate degree in studies related to the field (i.e. economics/business admin/etc.)
• Should be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Should be flexible and able to adapt to ever-changing business needs.
• Should be a motivator and leader.
• Should have the ability to work effectively in a complex and demanding environment.
