Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

We are hiring a Property Manager position in our company. The ideal candidate should be familiar with the following tasks working in a Property / Real Estate management company:
• Planning.
• Budgeting.
• Real estate financial analysis.

General Description Of Role And Responsibilities
• Strategic analysis and recommendations for short, mid and long term space solutions to ensure efficiency.
• Excellent understanding of the local real estate market especially Abu Dhabi.
• Experience in real estate market trends and evaluate investment opportunities.
• Experience in preparation of feasibility studies.
• Ability to prepare case studies and present to management.
• Understanding of facilities management operations and cost analysis.
• Provide competitive analysis on various companies’ market offerings; identify market trends, pricing/business models.
• Ability to conduct market research and identify suitable business opportunities.
• Remain fully informed on market trends, other parties’ researches and implement best practices.
• Ability to optimize costs and initiate operational cost savings.
• Support division’s land acquisition efforts with detailed market research to understand the opportunities and risks associated with the potential project.
• Based on market analysis and assessment, Contributes to the development of forward-looking and provide recommendations
• Experience in planning various activities in property management.
• Analyze data and estimate projected revenues.
• Making estimations for timescales and costs.
• Supervising property projects at all stages and providing solutions to problems.
• Informs themselves of the relevant Quality, Environmental, Safety and Occupational Health Policies, Manuals and Procedures in place within Hill International, and ensures continued compliance with these requirements while employed by Hill.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the line manager/supervisor.
• Bachelor is Degree in Property Management or a Relevant Degree from a western recognized university.
• Minimum 10 Years Relevant Experience.
• Preference for candidates that have worked for large real estate developers or real estate consulting firms in UAE.
• Strong understanding of the real estate market is required.
• Strong marketing background would be strongly preferred
• Good Technical/Engineering Knowledge.
• Additional property management certificate or RICS will be beneficial.
• English and MS Office Proficiency Experience.
• Excellent communication skills.

Requirements

Candidate Requirements

• 5+ year’s property management experience, local and international experience preferred
• In depth knowledge of the Abu Dhabi and Dubai property market
• High computer literacy, including property management software/CRM experience.
• Highly motivated and organized with excellent presentation skills
• Excellent English, written and spoken.
