About the Client:
A well-known group of companies mainly based in UAE.
Job Description:
• Manage all aspects of assigned properties (holiday rentals, apartments, etc.)
• Help build the team from start-up (hire, train, supervise, etc.)
• Maintain a positive, productive relationship with tenants
• Ensure tenants’ complaints and concerns are attended and solved
• Collect and monitor payment and prepare documentations.
Requirements
Position Title: Property Manager
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 35K AED, all-inclusive depending on the experience and qualifications
Job Location: Dubai, UAE
Qualifications:
• Open to European or Arabic nationals
• 35 to 45 years old
• Minimum 8 years’ related experience preferably from a start-up company in the same industry
