Position Title: Property Manager
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 22K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications plus family medical insurance
Job Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

Job Description:
- Conduct market research and identify suitable business opportunities
- Support division’s land acquisition efforts with detailed market research to understand the opportunities and risks associated with the potential project
- Supervising property projects at all stages and providing solutions to problems
- Optimize costs and initiate operational cost savings
- Planning various activities in property management

Requirements

- 45 years old and below
- Bachelor’s Degree in Property Management or any relevant degree
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in similar role preferably from large real estate developers or real estate consulting firms in the UAE
- Strong understanding of the real estate market is required
- Must have good technical/engineering knowledge
- Immediate joiners will be prioritized
