Job description / Role
Our client is looking for an experienced property manager to oversee and manage our residential and commercial properties in Dubai. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth daily operations, maintain high occupancy rates, and deliver exceptional tenant satisfaction. This role includes managing tenant inquiries, coordinating property maintenance, and ensuring compliance with Dubai's property regulations. You will also be responsible for budgeting, financial reporting, and achieving property management targets aligned with our company's objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee tenant inquiries, property tours, tenant screening, and application processing to ensure smooth leasing operations.
- Address tenant issues promptly, maintaining a high level of tenant satisfaction and retention.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with tenants to encourage long-term occupancy.
- Schedule and supervise property maintenance, repairs, and renovations, ensuring work meets quality standards and remains within budget.
- Ensure properties are well-maintained, including landscaping, cleanliness, and facilities, to create an appealing environment for tenants.
- Coordinate with maintenance teams and contractors for timely issue resolution.
- Prepare and manage property budgets, ensuring all expenditures stay within approved limits.
- Collect rent, manage accounts receivable, and oversee delinquent accounts to maximize revenue.
- Generate financial reports, including income statements and expense tracking, for management review.
- Proven experience in property management within the UAE, preferably in Dubai.
- Strong understanding of Dubai property management regulations and industry standards.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple properties and prioritize tasks effectively.
