Our Client is a leading Real Estate Company with offices across the Middle East. Due to increased work flow and growth of the business, a new position has arisen within their Qatar office for a Property Research Assistant.
Reporting to the Research & Consulting Director, you will be involved with:
• Carrying out detailed data collection;
• Report writing;
• Devising spread sheets for cash flow analysis;
• Being involved with a range of commercial and residential projects in the region.
Salary:
AED
12,000 to 20,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Requirements
• To be considered you will be working in a similar role with a reputable real estate company;
• You will have at least 3 - 4 years commercial/ residential property experience;
• Applicants should have experience with Argus Developer;
• Strong report writing skills are essential;
• Middle Eastern experience is highly desirable;
• Candidates from outside of the region will be considered if they are working towards their RICS.
