Your responsibilities will include:
- Listing properties for sale and rent
- Ensuring sales and rental ads receive the necessary online exposure
- Performing comparative market analysis to provide advice on property value
- Qualifying clients and conducting viewings
- Providing clients with assistance throughout the entire sales process
- Preparing necessary documentation to complete transactions
- Developing network to become an area specialist in your community
- Keeping up to date with market trends and best practices

Requirements

We are looking for:
- UAE based candidates.
- Must have at least 1-year experience in Sales, preferably in Real Estate industry
- Knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices
- Ability to achieve targets
- Ability to work independently and as a Team
- Highly motivated and goal orientated
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- With available School Certificate as required by Ministry of Labour
