Job description / Role
• Source and develop own leads and opportunities
• Work effectively in converting company assigned leads into opportunities that result in sales
• Develop and manage a network of external agents
• Gain complete product knowledge and assist prospective customers in making a decision to invest
• Effectively negotiate to achieve company approved pricing
• Meet and exceed assigned sales targets
• Directly sell company's inventory
• Report to sales manager and produce timely reports on activities
Requirements
• Bachelors degree in business or related disciplines
• Ability to demonstrate successful track record
• 3-5 years experience in property sales
• Positive, “can-do" attitude, professionalism and a high level of enthusiasm
• Customer service skills
• Excellent network of investors
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Organized and self motivated with strong interpersonal skills
• Be able to prioritize and plan tasks well and complete assigned tasks within set deadlines
• Be an effective communicator
• Be creative and energetic
