Our client has an amazing opportunity for the right candidate to join the fastest growing real estate company based in the heart of Dubai. They are rapidly expanding and looking for experienced brokers to service leads generated from their strong marketing campaigns.
They have the highest number of privately-owned properties of any other real estate company in Dubai and currently developing their own exclusive projects for launch in early 2018.
The company has anextensive marketing budget and aims to be the leading real estate company in Dubai by 2018.

The Role:
Your job title will be Property Consultant/Senior Property Consultant, depending on your level of experience. The company always looks to promote from within and has available Team leader, Leasing Manager, Sales Manager, Off Plan Sales Manager and Director positions for people to progress into.
• Generate property listings through networking and warm/cold calling
• Market and promote properties across all major property portals
• Strong qualification of clients to ensure they are matching them to suitable properties
• Conduct property viewings with clients and valuations with landlords/owners
• Negotiating between both parties to ensure a successful outcome
• Provide excellent service ensuing repeat business
• Offer current market advice and property valuations
Requirements

What they are looking for:
• Experienced brokers who specialize in their area (ideally 2 years’ experience)
• Full UAE Driving License
• Proven track record of closing deals
• Motivated with strong work ethic
• Excellent lead management and client qualification
