Proposal Administrator
Dubai/Abu Dhabi, UAE

JOB OVERVIEW:
• Maintains the proposal center PWeb site.
• Uploads all incoming new opportunities and distributes to the appropriate sector.
• Prepares of all EOI/regret letters/EOT letters to clients and seeks approvals from the divisions.
• Coordinates collection of client documentation related to Proposals.
• Prepares all LPOs related to the proposal team.
• Assists the proposal team in proposal development and production tasks as needed.
Requirements
• Related Bachelor Degree.
• At least 2 years administrative work experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong written and oral English communications skills.
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Very good time management skills.
• Works well in a team.
• Works well under pressure.
• Preferably with experience working in a proposal team in an Engineering firm.
