Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

- Preparation of Pre-qualification application in conjunction with job requirements like presentation of Company competence and qualification.
- Identify the technical requirements for each bid and will agree with the tender section Manager on the bidding strategy.
- Planning & execution of techno-commercial proposals for tender invitations received/advertised.
- Preparing initial Project Schedule, Man power histograms & execution statement according to the project requirements.
- Prepare the proposals, techno-commercial clarification submittals, attending meetings for techno-commercial negotiations and clarifications in the post order stage.
- Dealing with ongoing clarifications / negotiations
- Close out of tenders negotiations.
- Reviewing the contract documents and notify the Head of the section in order to liaise with the first/second party regarding the concern.
- Attending Project kick off meeting (if required)
- Attending bid opening session and preparing analysis of the results.
- Preparing Tender Department monthly presentation for management review purpose.
- Conduct company registration

Requirements

- Bachelors of Engineering – Civil or Architecture Engineer
- With 6 - 8 years’ experience in which at least 2 years in UAE and 2 years in proposals and bids.
- Good in English and Arabic language
