Key Responsibilities:

• Handle the bid/proposal submission from receiving the RFP including technical, financial and commercial.
• Oversee tender planning and scheduling, write responses, format, edit, proofread, review, deliver responses, and handle client follow-ups.
• Prepare, review, analyze, and evaluate construction and development tenders ensuring compliance with bid criteria and client requirements.
• Collaborate with division/discipline heads on Go/No-Go and Bid/No-Bid decisions and define winning strategies.
• Take full ownership of the bid process from initial decision to contract awards, ensuring seamless workflow.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to gather data and ensure timely delivery of bid components.
• Maintain bid schedules, timelines, and monitor inbound strategic bids, prioritizing upcoming bids.
• Provide guidance to senior management and ensure tenders are fully compliant.
• Draft content for proposals such as cover letters, executive summaries, project sheets, and CVs.
• Lead negotiations on terms and conditions with bidders, ensuring best value, risk mitigation, and alignment with client needs.
• Work closely with legal and finance teams to finalize contractual agreements post-award.
• Ensure formatting, styling, and branding consistency in proposals.
• Update and maintain bid and tender databases and dashboards.
• Analyze feedback, conduct debriefs, identify improvements, and recommend strategic solutions.
• Maintain audit trails and documentation for transparency.
• Drive continuous improvement in bidding processes.
• Conduct market and client research, analyze RFPs, and summarize key deliverables.
• Conduct final quality reviews of proposals against RFP requirements.
• Coordinate and compile prequalification questionnaires and bid support documents.
• Execute special projects and assignments by senior management.

Requirements:

• On behalf our of company a multi national PMC and Cost Consultants operating in the buildings and infrastructure space we are recruiting a Snr position in our Proposals department
• Based in our Dubai Office the successful candidate will have the following experience
• A degree in Civil, Mechanical or Architecture
• At least 5 years experience in the proposals department of a PMC, Cost Consultants, Architectural or Engineering Consultancy or have worked for a reputed Contractors in the Middle East. Preferably 7 – 8 years overall.
