Description
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze client requirements, project specifications, and scope of work.
* Assist in preparing high-quality technical and commercial proposals, ensuring they align with client needs and project objectives.
* Conduct thorough research and analysis of project requirements, including cost estimates, resource allocation, and technical feasibility.
* Coordinate with subject matter experts and engineers to gather technical inputs and incorporate them into proposals.
* Prepare and present technical documentation, including project plans, schedules, and methodology.
* Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards, regulations, and company policies.

Requirements
* UAE National with Family Book (REQUIRED).
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or Petroleum Engineering preferred).
* Strong technical background and understanding of engineering principles.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
* Proficiency in preparing technical and commercial proposals.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. Knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
* Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with proposal software or tools.
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
* Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
