Proposal Manager - Facilities Management

Engage Selection are recruiting on behalf of a leading UAE facilities management services provider based in Dubai. Our client are looking to appoint a new Proposal Manager to be based within the head office team. Providing leadership to the business development team, the successful candidate will be highly experienced in managing the creation of successful tenders/quotes to clientele. Proficient in communication in English, the candidate would also ideally be experienced in technical writing.

Requirements

- At least 5 years relevant experience in technical writing and proposal management
- Technical degree in an engineering subject (Electrical/Mechanical)
- Strong English language communication skills - spoken and written
- Experience in the facilities management industry in the UAE an advantage
