Job description / Role
Proposal Manager Up To 30k Aed For A General Contracting Company Based In Dubai
• Strong experience in area of EPC and Construction Proposal preparation
• Responsible in preparing techno-commercial Proposals
• Assist in providing functional and administrative oversight of all proposals and estimating activities, including estimate planning, coordination of estimating activities, equipment and material take off costing, preparation of basis of estimate and estimate reviews
Requirements
• Open to any nationality
• Male, 45 years old and below
• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from an accredited university/MBA is desired
• Minimum 10 years of experience with EPC in Oil & Gas and Power industries
• Strong experience in area of EPC and Construction Proposal preparation
• Responsible in preparing techno-commercial Proposals
• Assist in providing functional and administrative oversight of all proposals and estimating activities, including estimate planning, coordination of estimating activities, equipment and material take off costing, preparation of basis of estimate and estimate reviews
• Facilitates proposals strategy sessions, drives proposal schedules, proposal planning, prepares formal plans for responding RFPs, including preliminarily proposal cost and schedules estimates
• Participates in development of company’s business strategy development
• Must be very adept at managing multiple projects
• Strong analytical skill aligned to critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Fluency in English and proficiency in writing professional technical proposals
• Can join immediately (Visit and Cancelled Visa are welcome to apply) or maximum 1-month
• Preferably with UAE driving license
