Wood is currently recruiting for an experienced PTW Coordinator for a project with ADNOC client and the position will be based in Habshan Abu Dhabi.

Due to client requirement and expectation this position will be onshore site based in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.

The key objectives for this role are:

PTW Coordinator would be responsible for overseeing the construction of large-scale projects. Also, ensure that all contractors and subcontractors are working together effectively to meet project deadlines, and they act as a liaison between these parties and the client or owner of the property being built. Managing the day-to-day operations at their site. This might include ensuring that all equipment is functioning properly, monitoring safety protocols, and making sure that workers have everything they need to do their jobs well.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating work activities with other team members to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget
• Providing training to crew members on safety precautions, company policies, and job skills
• Scheduling staff time efficiently to ensure that all project goals are met within specified time frames
• Monitoring the progress of construction projects to ensure that contractors are meeting deadlines and adhering to specifications
• Estimating costs for labor and materials needed for projects
• Coordinating with other team members to ensure that all aspects of a project are completed on time
• Coordinating with architects, engineers, contractors, and customers to monitor the progress of construction projects
• Recording construction details such as measurements, materials used, and building codes used
• Managing safety procedures on construction sites to ensure worker safety

Expected:

Experience, skills and knowledge

• Relevant qualification required
• Degree or diploma in relevant discipline
• Minimum 10 years of experience as PTW Coordinator responsible for overseeing the construction of large-scale projects
