Public Relations Manager

A leading boutique creative agency in Dubai is seeking an experienced Public Relations Manager to lead PR and communications initiatives for high-profile hospitality, hotel, and F&B clients. Reporting directly to the PR Director / Managing Director, this role is ideal for a confident, well-presented, and strategic PR professional who excels in media relations, storytelling, and event execution.
The successful candidate will be proactive, commercially astute, and comfortable representing premium brands in front of media, clients, and industry stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute strategic PR campaigns aligned with client objectives
• Lead media relations across print, digital, and broadcast platforms
• Build and maintain strong relationships with journalists, editors, influencers, and industry partners
• Draft and manage press releases, media kits, pitches, and communication materials
• Plan and oversee high-profile events, launches, press trips, and media activations
• Work closely with creative, digital, and marketing teams to ensure consistent brand messaging
• Manage multiple client accounts within an agency environment
• Monitor, track, and report on PR performance, media coverage, and campaign results
• Act as a key client-facing representative of the agency

Requirements & Experience
• Minimum 5 years of PR experience in the UAE, ideally within an agency
• Strong portfolio of hospitality, hotel, lifestyle, or F&B accounts
• Proven expertise in media relations, event management, and brand communications
• Solid marketing background with strong commercial awareness
• Experience working in a fast-paced creative or PR agency environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Professional, well-spoken, confident, and well-presented
• Self-driven, passionate, and results-oriented mindset
• Candidates with international exposure and multicultural backgrounds are highly preferred.
