Public Relations Officer

Job description / Role

- Liaise with all the federal and local departments, official and non-official bodies for fulfilling the task assigned by Manager of the Company;
- Assist the Company with incorporation of new legal entities in Dubai and Free zones in UAE;
- Renew, update and maintain the trade licenses and other government certificates of all company’s client legal entities in the UAE to ensure that the documents are up-to-date;
- Assist in resolving any issues related to company vehicle registration and renewals to ensure that PRO services are provided as and when it is required;
- Support on company communication affair with local business partner if necessary.

- Knowledge of English and Arabic;
- Proven experience in a role to deal with government in the UAE;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in both Arabic and English;
- Strong organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to handle multiple tasks simultaneously;
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines;
- High level of integrity and professionalism;
- Holder with UAE diver license is a plus
