Public Relations Officer

Job description / Role

We are seeking a dynamic Public Relations Officer to join our parking management team in the UAE. This role is pivotal in enhancing our company's public image, fostering strong relationships with stakeholders, and effectively communicating our services to the public.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement PR strategies to promote the company’s services and initiatives.
- Manage media relations, including press releases, interviews, and event coordination.
- Monitor public opinion and handle inquiries or issues to maintain a positive company reputation.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
- Organize and participate in community events and awareness programs related to parking management.
- Prepare detailed reports on PR activities and their outcomes.

- Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience in public relations or corporate communications, preferably in parking management or related industries.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with media monitoring tools and PR software.
- Proactive, creative, and adaptable with strong problem-solving abilities.

Salary:
AED 6,000 to 7,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
