Job description / Role
We are looking for a Public Relations Officer (PRO) with an excellent experience working with MOHRE who is currently working in Abu Dhabi to perform the following for us:
• Ensuring that the processes are dealt with correctly and in a timely manner reducing the risk of any unnecessary fines or similar detrimental consequences for the business.
• Highly experienced Arabic speaking PRO to assist us with seamless Government liaison Services in Abu Dhabi
• Resident and Employee Visa (new entrants & renewals)
• Medical test/medical insurance applications
• Labour and Immigration Cards
• Labour Quota applications
• Investor Visas
• Family Visas
• Offshore & Security Passes (CICPA)
• Emirates ID Cards
• Company and Branch formation
• Annual Licence renewals and updates
• Changes to Trade Licences, transfers
• Regulatory approvals and NOC letters
• Notarisation of Legal Documents
• Document Clearing of Customs Port forms of Abu Dhabi
• Abu Dhabi Immigration
• MOHRE
Requirements
• Minimum 5 years’ experience working as a PRO
• Document controller experience
• Abu Dhabi Immigration/MOHRE/Ministry of Labour experience is a must
• Expert with the UAE Labour Law
• Fluent in Arabic & English (read/write & spoken)
• Good knowledge of Evision.eform/ Ednrd /Tasheel /Emirates ID/DOHMS
• High School or equivalent experience
