Job description / Role
Key Responsibilities of a Public Relations Officer (PRO) & Admin with General IT Skills for JAFZA and Dubai Mainland:
JAFZA (Free Zone):
• Processing and renewing trade licenses through JAFZA
• Managing establishment card, lease agreements, and compliance documents
• Visa applications, renewals, and cancellations through the JAFZA portal
• Coordinating with JAFZA officials for inspections, updates, and submissions
• Managing portal entries (e.g., Dubai Trade)
Dubai Mainland (under DED and MOHRE):
• Applying for and renewing mainland trade licenses via the Department of Economic Development (DED)
• Handling MOHRE (Ministry of Human Resources & Emiratization) labor contracts
• Processing Dubai Immigration visas (entry permits & renewals, medicals, Emirates IDs)
• Managing labor quota approvals, WPS (Wage Protection System) compliance
• Submitting applications for NOCs, cancellations, and government attestations
2. Administrative Support:
• Maintaining company documentation (licenses, employee files, visa records)
• Assisting HR with onboarding/offboarding, including arranging medicals and visa paperwork
• Ensuring company compliance with labor and immigration laws
• Handling office logistics (renewals, utility setup, insurance, etc.)
• Overseeing and maintaining the private properties of the companies and associated family members.
3. Additional Responsibilities:
• Translating Arabic documents if needed
• Keeping up-to-date with law and process changes
• Representing the company during inspections or audits from authorities
• Managing e-channels, Tasheel, Amer, and other online government portals
4. IT General Technical Skills & responsibilities:
• Hardware and Software Troubleshooting
• Operating Systems: Windows, macOS, Linux
• Basic Networking Knowledge: IP addressing, routers, switches, firewalls
• MS Office / Microsoft 365 Support
• Email Configuration and Support (Outlook, Exchange)
• Basic Knowledge of Cloud Platforms (e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft Azure)
• System and User Account Management (Active Directory)
• Remote Support Tools (TeamViewer, AnyDesk, Zoom)
• Basic Cybersecurity Awareness (password policies, phishing awareness)
Skills Required:
• Deep understanding of UAE labor, immigration, and free zone laws
• Experience with both JAFZA systems and Mainland (DED, MOHRE, GDRFA) processes
• Strong English, Hindi and Arabic communication skills
• Minimum 8–10 years of JAFZA & UAE experience in a similar role
Requirements:
• Gender : Male
• Age: Between 27 and 45 years
• Nationality: Nationals of any GCC country (Arabic-speaking), Indian or Filipino
• Joining Date : As soon as possible
• UAE driving Licensee
• Bachelor Degree (especially with IT skill & qualification)
• IT Skill is a must
Compensation Package:
• Basic Salary: AED 12,000 – AED 16,000 (depending on experience)
• Other Benefits:
o AED 500 Food Allowance
o AED 500 Transportation Allowance
o Health Insurance
o Annual flight tickets (as per company and JAFZA regulations)
Salary:
AED
12,000 to 16,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
