This is an opportunity to work for Mace International on a major programme of projects in Dubai.

The Publications Specialist will report to the Publications Manager and assist the team in producing client deliverables such as technical and non-technical reports, presentations and graphics.

Responsible for:
- Supports the Publications Manager on deliverables efforts, by creating a schedule of upcoming activities
- Works with internal clients to get inputs required on publications deliverables
- Responsible for delivery of key programme products which may include multiple projects and processes
- Supports and manages the creation of templates and tools for the programme and ensures that the latest tools and templates are always available.
- Applies technical skills gained through experience on deliverables
- Collates and record best practices and lessons learned to improve functioning of the publications team
- Facilitates the writing and publishing of project summaries, and lessons learned of overall group
- Champions programme brand and serves as a technical resource

Requirements

- Degree qualification in Marketing or Communications Disciplines is essential.
- 5+ years post graduate experience is essential.
- High communicator; across, up and down.
- Must have a basic understanding of design and editing techniques with some knowledge of using Adobe CreativeSuite tools
- Must have an advanced understanding of MS office tools such as Word and PowerPoint.
- Must be a team player and be able to communicate client’s requirements to other members in the team
- Must be able to work in team to solve challenges through innovative solutions.
- Must be able to research and implement best practices with guidance from line manager.
- Provides input to the line manager and the client on most effective method to deliver work to achieve programme goals.
