Position Title: Purchase Assistant
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 3K AED, depending on experience and qualifications plus accommodation

About the Client:
A distribution company, importer, and supply chain management of food products and consumer solutions
Job Description:
• Attending meetings with vendors and taking minutes
• Placing and tracking orders
• Identifying suppliers
• Negotiating prices
• Monitoring stocks moments
• Assisting in receiving goods and insuring goods are in good condition and have long expiry and are received as per specification agreed upon by the suppliers
• Assisting with negotiation strategies and making recommendations
• Maintaining knowledge of market/industry trends
• Record and update the details of vendors, discount offers, dates, etc. in our company’s internal database
Requirements
Qualifications:
• Male, 35 years old and below
• At least 1 year of experience in the same role
• Immediate joiners will prioritized
