Position Title: Purchase Coordinator
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 3.5K AED all-inclusive, depending on experience and qualifications

About the Client:
A highly trusted healthcare provider based in Dubai, specializing in Clinical Diagnostics and Laboratory Services.
Job Description:
• Sending the inquiries to manufacturer/suppliers/buyers (foreign & local) and its follow-ups, quotes, clarifications, and responses for the inquiries within the time frame
• Sending invitations and following up the attendance of the guests/ clients for proposed Business Meetings, Seminars, Presentations & Client Appreciation Programs
• Preparing official correspondences required to be sent to the clients (both email & fax) while maintaining the filling system hard & soft copies of all quotations/correspondence & archiving
• Updating Information (Details of Clients, Offers & Orders) in our Data Software – PANORAMA – daily
• Buying and refurbishing stationery, pantry items and materials requisition concerned for the office
• Proof-reading of official agreements and contracts before further approval and coordinating with Event Management Team in the Hotels including all logistic arrangements for conducting Business meetings, Seminars & Yearly events like Arab Lab, Arab health, etc
Requirements
Qualifications:
• Open to Filipino and Indian nationals
• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent
• 40 years old and below
• At least 1 year of experience on related industries within logistics, cargo shipping, medical lab/science corporate field
• Immediately joiners will be prioritized
