Purchase Manager - Arabic Speaker

Job description / Role

This opportunity is with a Development company based in Dubai.

The Purchase Manager is responsible for the whole procurement and material management tasks.
Source, develop and maintain contractors, consultants and supplier relationships. Able to negotiates contracts and agreements with contractors, consultants & suppliers. Determine method of procurement and oversee all activities related to procurement.

Salary:
AED 20,000 to 26,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Requirements

You will maintain control and accuracy over inventory and analyze market and delivery conditions. Responsible for purchase orders, contracts, bids, proposals and vendor agreements. Liaise with consultants, engineers and contractors as and when needed.

To be successful you would ideally possess 7+ years of purchase and procurement background, having a good level in Arabic and English language having a Certified Purchasing Manager (CPM) and/or Certified Production and Inventory Control Manager (CPIM) certification preferred.

We are looking for someone who can start IMMEDIATELY.
