Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

We are looking for a Purchase Officer who is responsible for the purchasing, receiving, quality, storage, and utilization of food and beverage supplies or products. In addition, they perform inventory control duties and lead invoicing and financial reporting for all foodstuffs related goods.

Requirements

- Degree in business administration or a related field
- Minimum 4 years of experience as a purchasing officer FMCG/ Foodstuff industry
- Experience in FMCG B2B would be an added advantage
- Deep knowledge of foodstuff Supply Chain Management
- HACCP certification would be an added advantage
- Supervisory and management experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and purchasing software
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong critical thinking and negotiation skills
- Strong planning and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently
