Purchase Officer Up To 6K AED For An Electronics Trading Company In Dubai

JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Conducting research on potential products, vendors, and services, and comparing price and quality to ensure the best deal
- Meeting with vendors and clients to negotiate the best contracts
- Liaising with delivery and warehouse teams to ensure goods are received on time
- Monitoring inventory and writing orders to refill stock
- Attending events, shows, and exhibitions to network with vendors and view new products
- Inspecting purchased products upon delivery and reporting any issues timely
- Updating all records of purchased products
- Writing reports on purchases made and performing cost analysis
- Attending and contributing to meetings with staff and other stakeholders

POSITION: Purchase Officer
SALARY: up to 6,000 AED depending on qualifications and years and experience
HIRING COMPANY: Electronics Trading Company
LOCATION: Dubai, UAE
AVAILABILITY: Can join immediately or maximum 1-month
EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Permanent

Salary:
AED 6,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Requirements

CANDIDATE PROFILE:
- Open to ANY nationality
- Male, 38 years old and below

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- BSc in Business Administration or any similar field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience, preferably from an electronics trading company / retail industry
- Experienced in local purchasing in the UAE of electronic items, specially mobile phones, iPads, Apple Watches, etc.
- Practical experience with purchasing software
- Strong analytical skills and sound research and networking skills
- Great written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
