Job description / Role
We are seeking exceptional Purchasing Product Assistant for our craft retail outlet, Craftland, to provide support to the sales and marketing teams in terms of product management and purchasing.
Main Responsibilities:
• Prepare LPO for Sales team
• Prepare PO for Vendors
• Map orders placed by Sales Staff to make them accountable.
• Consolidate 3 months forecasting sheet submitted by Sales Team
• Review on hand stock & ageing stock before placing orders with Vendor
• Prepare Listing Sheet for online partners
• Liaise with Marketing Agency
• Prepare Price List formats & maintain
• Prepare Promotions & Offers to liquidate ageing stock
• Study Competition Trend & take corrective measures
• Negotiate with suppliers for better pricing & margins
• Analysing Data
Requirements
• University Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree preferably in Business Administration
• Nature and length of previous experience: 3-5 years proven experience in similar role, ideally but not mandatory with industry background in sewing machines, fabrics, embroidery/stitching/sewing related accessories or similar
• Specialist knowledge: Product Management, Competitive Analysis, Inventory Control, EXCEL proficient
• Soft Skills and Personality traits: Analytical and accuracy skills, self-motivated and result-oriented
