Purchasing Supervisor

Job description / Role

Person will be in charge of all kitchen and restaurant related purchases and will deal with dealers and be involved in getting the best prices for the best produce and equipment.
Managing vendor relationships and building effective supply chain partnerships.
• Responsible for sourcing and selecting the suppliers for the best purchase in terms of quality, price, availability, payment terms, delivery and service.
• Preparing comparison analysis based on the price, delivery terms and payment schedule from multiple quotations received, Following up and ensuring that the goods are delivered in accordance with the purchase order and without any delay.
• Preparing & processing requisitions, purchase orders & invoices for purchases.
• Creating good payment terms.
• Adhering to all company policies with particular regard to accounting procedures.
• Establishing terms, pricing, quality requirements, delivery, and contracts.
• Submitting weekly purchase reports to HOD, Preparing and submitting monthly reports on cost details, pending and completed purchase order details.

Requirements

Candidates who have similar experience in the UAE Restaurants, Kitchen supply material, their purchase and storage operations should apply.
