RAK Academy (Khuzam)
RAK Academy Khuzam provides both primary and secondary British and IB learning pathways from Pre-K to Grade 12 for 1600 international and local students. We are looking to appoint a PYP Coordinator.

The role

RAK Academy Khuzam Primary School is looking for a positive, driven and inspirational PYP Coordinator to join the team. The PYP Coordinator works closely with all members of the primary PYP team; Head of School, Deputy Head of School, lead teachers, and classroom teachers to coordinate, lead and ensure effective curriculum planning and recording. The PYP Coordinator also identifies and addresses PYP professional development needs.

Essential

• Bachelor’s degree
• Post Graduate Certificate in Education (or equivalent)
• Experienced and knowledgeable about the PYP program and accreditation
• PYP coordinator training with IB
• Concept-based curriculum and instruction awareness or practiced

Experience

Minimum of 5 years teaching experience in PYP.
